Homemade Pie Crust

2 c. AP flour  
pinch of salt
2 sticks of butter, chilled
3 tbs. ice water

In the bowl of a food processor, combine salt and flour.

Cut the butter into small pats and add to bowl. Pulse until a coarse meal forms.

Add some of the water, turn on food processor and let run until a ball of dough forms. If dough does not come together add a bit more water.  If it's too sticky add some more flour.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface, pinch into 2 pieces and form 2 rounds.  Wrap each in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Or freeze dough for later.  Bring to room temperature before using.
