The All Night Bender

I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate Easter than with a carrot based cocktail! Before you close the window, roll with me for a minute here. Because I promise this drink is REALLY good! Beth Nydick, co-author of Clean Cocktails has done it once again with this one! Loaded with good-for-you ingredients, like carrot juice, lime juice and natural sweeteners like honey - this just might be how the Easter Bunny unwinds after a long night of delivering baskets and hiding eggs!

My favorite part about this drink is it’s uniqueness. You won’t find this at a bar or lounge. And that makes it SO much fun to serve to your guests for a holiday (or, whenever) because they’ll think you’re a genius mixologist! Light and refreshing and full of great Spring flavors, I think you guys will really enjoy mixing up this drink! Check out how Beth does it, plus my initial reaction in the video, then grab the recipe below!
