Slow Cooker Chili

She shared this slow cooker turkey chili recipe with me and it is PACKED with flavor! You're not missing a THING with this dish! Plus it's so easy to prepare! Just throw everything in the slow cooker and go! A hot meal will be waiting for you when you get home!

Slow Cooker Chili
Serves 6

1 lb. ground turkey
1 can Tomatoes w/ Green Chilies
1 c. chicken stock
2 tsp. Hymalan Pink Salt
2 tsp. Oregano
2 tsp. Cumin
2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 can corn
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 large sweet potato, peeled & cubed
1 8oz. package sliced mushrooms

Optional For Serving:
tortilla chips

Equipment: slow cooker


Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Stir gently to break up turkey meat and mix well. Cover tightly with lid and cook on low for 8 hours, or on high for 4 hours. 

Spoon chili into bowls, top with sliced avocado and tortilla chips!
