"Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you now better, do better." Maya Angelou - I think this quote can be applied to food shopping. There's so much out there today, terms we hear constantly but don't necessarily understand.  I spent the afternoon at Bracco Farms in NY with Anthony Bracco and his family learning about "organic" versus "local" and what's in season for fall.
