Simple Summer Sauce

10-12 Campari tomatoes, quartered
1 tbs. olive oil
3 large cloves of garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper
Pour olive oil into a sauce pan and place over medium heat.
Add garlic to oil, being careful not to let it burn. Cook for about a minute.
Place tomatoes into pan and allow to cool until they release their juices, about 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and torn basil leaves and allow to cook for another 7-8 minutes.
Serve over your favorite pasta for a quick and easy meal!
