Clean Cocktails: Spiced Subourbon

fallcocktailsforacrowd.png

There are two types of Thanksgiving people. Those who cook (hello my tribe!) - and those who come to eat! (Ok, honestly, also my tribe!). If you’re the latter however - you should not show up empty handed! Thus, I give you, The Spiced Subourbon! An easy, delicious Fall cocktail from my dear friend Beth Nydick out of her Clean Cocktails book!

This drink is perfect for the holiday season! Easy enough to scale up to a pitcher drink, and can be served warmed or chilled - depending on the kind of party you’re looking for. While Beth recommends fresh clementine juice, swapping in O.J. will work. Top the drink off with fresh whole cloves to create an aromatic experience that is perfect for sitting around the fire and enjoying the season.
