20 pitted dates
1 small log of goat cheese
DeNigris Balsamic Vinegar

Halve the dates.

Use your fingers or a butter knife to spread goat cheese into the cavity of each date half - at least fill them to the edge, if not mound it up a bit.

Just before serving, drizzle dates with DeNigris Balsamic Vinegar.
