Makes 1 drink
2 oz. bourbon
.25 oz. simple syrup
6 mint leaves + 1 sprig for serving
1 c. crushed ice
In a copper glass, combine bourbon, simple syrup and mint leaves. Muddle gently.
Add in 1/2 c. of crushed ice and gently stir to combine ingredients and get them cold.
Top the glass with the remaining 1/2 c. of ice and garnish with mint sprig.
