1 pizza dough
1/2 c. crushed tomato
mozzarella cheese (either shredded or chopped in small pieces)
fresh basil, chopped
olive oil spray
Pre-heat oven to 400°.
Use your hands to stretch the dough over a floured surface until it's nice and thin but not breaking apart.
Spray a pizza pan or cookie sheet with olive oil.
Spread crushed tomato over dough, sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped basil.
Dot with mozzarella.
Gently pull one edge of the dough and begin to roll it into a long log. Once it's completely rolled in on itself, pinch the two ends to seal them and place the whole thing, on the pizza pan. (Try to get the last part with the other edge of the dough on the bottom or it may split open while cooking.)
Bake for 20 minutes or until crusty is golden brown and crisp. Slice into pinwheels and serve with your favorite salad.
