Tuscan White Walnut Pesto

2 c. stale or toasted bread, cubed
1 c. milk
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, peeled
Pour milk over bread and allow to soak for about 15 minutes.
Place other ingredients into bowl of food processor.
Squeeze excess milk from bread using hands and add bread to food processor.
Process until a thick paste forms.
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve the cooking water. In a sauté pan over medium heat, add white pesto and cooking water and stir to combine. Add pasta and toss to coat. Serve warm.
