Whole30, Day 13

It takes about 3 days for you to fully digest your food. So my "cheat day" came back to bite me a bit. Up a pound. I don't think I ATE all that...and there's a reason why you're not supposed to weigh yourself on this...but I needed something to measure for you all. Our body weight fluctuates day to day - especially women! None the less, I'm hoping to see better results by the end of this week. 

 We were also seeing double as we ate these shepard's pies for lunch AND dinner today!

Up early again today for work, I was hoping to get something else made for dinner but I wound up crashing once I got home so...Shepard's pie - for lunch AND dinner! Honestly, when I was in college I studied abroad in Italy and that's EXACTLY how they eat. If there are leftovers, you eat that for lunch and/or dinner until there is no more, then you move on to the next thing. Bottom line is, my family is still fed, well might I add, and tomorrow's another day. One that doesn't have to start quite so early either!

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1/2 avocado

Lunch: shepard's pie

Snack: apple with almond butter

Dinner: shepard's pie
